RDC-Mirasol is an affordable and clean capsule-type transient accommodation conveniently located in Brgy. Pembo, a neighboring barangay of Bonifacio Global City (BGC). According to Google Maps, the property is approximately a 5- to 7-minute walk from BGC, making it a convenient choice for travelers, workers, students, and guests looking for budget-friendly accommodation near the business district. Guests may also easily access the property by taxi, Grab, Angkas, JoyRide, or tricycle.
The property offers both air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned (fan) capsule units. The air-conditioned units use centralized air-conditioning along the hallway, with an individual exhaust fan provided for each capsule for ventilation. For privacy and security, each unit is equipped with a curtain, expanded metal door, and an RFID-accessed smart lock. Communal toilets are available, with separate facilities for male and female guests.
Each capsule has a minimum ceiling height of 1.2 meters and a length of 2.4 meters, while the width varies depending on the unit type. Each unit is equipped with a clothes hanger rod, small storage cabinet, light, and power outlet for charging personal devices.
