RDC- Mirasol is a capsule type transient facility that is walking distance to Bonifacio Global City (BGC). It is an accommodation facility that offers affordable and clean capsule type units. It is conveniently located in Brgy. Pembo, the neighboring barangay beside BGC. It is about 5 to 7 minutes walk according to google map. Other means of transportation such as taxi, Grab, Angkas, Joyride, tricycles may also be used.
There are air-conditioned and non-airconditioned (fan) type capsule units. The air-conditioning is centralized along the hallway and there are individual exhaust fans for each air-conditioned type capsule unit. For privacy and security, each unit has a curtain, expanded metal door and smart lock accessed by an rfid card. The toilets are communal but the males' and females' are separated.
A capsule type has dimensions of at least 1.2meters ceiling height and a length of 2.4 meters. The width of the unit depending on the unit type. It has its own hanger rod for clothes, small cabinet space for storage, light and outlet for charging and others.
A pillow with white linens including towels are set up for the guest's enjoyment. Amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo and soap are also provided for. An extra set for all these may be requested. The bed size is semi double.
